THERE ARE 2 WAYS TO SEND YOUR APPLICATION: BY POST OR BY E-MAIL

 

1) CHOOSE YOUR ARTWORK IMAGES:

Firstly, Chose 6 images of your work which you feel represents your style, save in JPG/ JPEG format only with a maximum height or width of 800 pixels. Make sure they are no bigger than 800kb. Please ensure that the images are clearly named with the artworks title and your name which helps to identify your work. For example: If I wanted to upload a painting entitled ‘Wild River’ and my name is Laura Elliott, I would save it as wildriver_LElliott.jpg or wildriver_LElliott.jpeg.

Please note: We will place 3 images on the IATTDA website to promote and represent your work.

 

2) MEMBERSHIP FORMS ~ FILL OUT:

A) ONLINE APPLICATION FORM:

DONT FORGET TO CLICK THE 'SUBMIT FORM' A THE END TO E-MAIL IT TO US!!

CV AND OTHER INFORMATION: If you wish to send us 6 images, please e-mail such items separately to: info@iattda.co.uk. If you wish to send less than 6 then you can add your files such as CVs to the application form.

B) PRINTABLE APPLICATION FORM:

NEXT: SEND US YOUR IMAGES:

ONCE YOU HAVE PRINTED THE FORM, SIMPLY CHOSE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING TWO METHODS TO SEND US YOUR IMAGES :

 

1) E-MAIL YOUR: NAME, IMAGES AND OTHER DOCUMENTS (SUCH AS A CV IF YOU WISH) TO:

2) POST YOUR: APPLICATION FORM (if you have not sent it online),

IMAGES (YOU CAN SAVE THEM ON A CD OR HAVE THEM PRINTED ONTO PHOTOGRAPHIC PAPER)

AND OTHER DOCUMENTS (SUCH AS A CV IF YOU WISH) TO:

PLEASE INCLUDE A STAMPED-ADDRESSED ENVELOPE IF YOU WISH THE DISK OR PHOTOGRAPHS TO BE RETURNED.

****If you do not include a stamped addressed envelope for the CD with adequate postage from the UK to the country you live in, then it will not be returned.****

 

THE IATTDA PANEL WILL CAREFULLY CONSIDER YOUR APPLICATION.

WE AIM TO REPLY WITHIN 8 WEEKS BY E-MAIL.

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN E-MAIL ADDRESS WE WILL SEND ALL CORRESPONDENCE BY POST WITHIN 12 WEEKS.

 

IF YOUR APPLICATION IS ACCEPTED, WE WILL REQUEST PAYMENT BY E-MAIL. PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR PAYMENT METHODS.

PAYMENTS CAN TAKE UP TO 10-14 DAYS TO CLEAR.

 

ONCE PAYMENT HAS CLEARED, A WELCOME E-MAIL WILL BE SENT TO YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS.

THIS WELCOME MESSAGE INCLUDES A PERSONAL MEMBERSHIP NUMBER AND FURTHER DETAILS ABOUT YOUR IATTDA MEMBERSHIP.

UK artists can pay by 5 methods:

cheques & bankers draft (MUST be payable to Laura Elliott), and postal orders = No extra charge,

Pay Pal or Nochex (with an additional charge of £2 for fees) = £37

Pay Pal will convert all currency for you and pay us securely and quickly.

We DO NOT accept other methods such as non-UK cheques, money orders, international money orders and so on.
